MYRENTGO offers the implementation of an integrated mobility service both in tourist establishments (hotels, campsites, cruises, sightseeing tours and holiday flats) and in the booking management of tour operators, offering customers, through a customised application for each establishment, multiple sustainable transport options for hire to discover or move around a city, with delivery and collection at the establishment where they are staying.


MYRENTGO MOBILITY is a company with extensive experience in the mobility sector, both in consultancy and advice on projects and studies on sustainable mobility, especially in the urban area, and in the implementation of mobility solutions that help to improve the quality of life of citizens.

They work on global solutions, both for the tourism sector, improving the urban mobility of tourists visiting a city, and in the implementation of shared mobility models for the movement of citizens.

Key-free bike collection and return system 


This project aims to automate the collection and delivery of bicycles by eliminating the physical key for MYRENTGO users: tourists use them a few times in a short period (not repetitively extended in time users).


MyRentGo is different from other urban mobility platforms that target "stable" and "repetitive" users, as their customers are "passing through", and with punctual and little repetitive use, they are tourists passing through. Therefore, it should facilitate the possibility of accessing the service with balanced efforts for the user, as they will only use the application for a couple of days in many cases.

The company implemented a system of smart locks that allow, once the reservation is made, the automatic allocation of available bicycles and the sending to customers with the confirmation and lock codes. 

This helps the hotels reduce work at reception, eliminate problems of lost keys, control the availability of bicycles in real-time, and manage stocks on demand.
